They strive to relentlessly improve the dispute resolution experience for our clients, neutrals, and colleagues. We hire associates that excel in related fields such as case management, sales and marketing, professional and administrative support.
Our internship program selects students with strong records of achievement to participate in a work program where they can develop the skills necessary to succeed in a competitive dispute resolution environment. We offer paid summer internships and externships in exchange for college credit during the academic year.
