Jeffrey G. Benz of the Agency for Dispute Resolution, recently earned the distinguished certification as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb). This honored distinction is designed for experienced dispute resolution practitioners who have demonstrated a high-level of experience and skills. In earning this distinction, Benz underwent extensive arbitration training through the CIArb’s experienced practitioner scheme and successfully passed the examination and interview processes. This is the highest level of arbitrator certification worldwide.

Setting global standards for dispute management, the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) is a not-for-profit UK-based organization with 12,000 members worldwide. The CIArb focuses on the global promotion, facilitation, and development of all forms of private dispute resolution to maximize the contribution that dispute resolution practitioners make.
