Garman and Jeff Benz, both top Agency for Dispute Resolution neutrals and experienced Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, were recently called on for their expertise to participate in the “Accelerated Path to Fellowship: International Commercial Arbitration Workshop & Award Writing Examination” presented by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, NAB. John W. Garman was the Course Director and Jeff Benz was one of the tutors. The training workshop was a three day workshop and held at JAMS’ offices in San Francisco.
