Agency for Dispute Resolution’s accomplished neutrals John Garman and Jeff Benz will be presenting on the subject of professional standards for representing parties in international arbitration using the newly promulgated International Bar Association Guidelines on Party Representation in International Arbitration as the starting point.
Mr. Garman will be moderating the panel and Mr. Benz will be one of three presenters. The conference is jointly hosted by the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the American Arbitration Association’s International Centre for Dispute Resolution in Los Angeles, on Friday May 9, 2014.
