Gary L. Benton, Esq.

Gary Benton is an internationally recognized Arbitrator and Mediator with over thirty years major law firm and in-house technology expertise. He focuses on technology law, private investment, corporate and securities, contracts and commercial, intellectual property and international business disputes. Gary’s technology law career includes extensive experience in venture financing Silicon Valley tech startups, handling US and international M&A and IPOs, managing portfolios of international legal projects for Fortune 500 technology companies, litigating patent and other IP disputes and serving as an Internet cloud security company GC. He has handled hundreds of technology and international commercial matters in over 80 countries around the world.

Gary’s training as a U.S. and international litigator, arbitration counsel and mediator, coupled with his transactional expertise in emerging technology and private investment, make him uniquely suited for resolving complex business disputes involving U.S. and international technology companies and their investors and partners, including corporate, technology financing, technology development, distribution, licensing, infringement and governance matters.
