Mark J. Bunim, Esq.

Mark J. Bunim, Esq. is an advanced trained mediator (by the CPR Center for Dispute Resolution and the New York State Supreme Court Commercial Division), an experienced Arbitrator and an attorney licensed to practice in the Courts of New York and the United States Courts since 1976. Mr. Bunim has conducted over 300 mediations and arbitrations centering on insurance coverage issues, complex business and partnership disputes and multi-party tort litigations. He has mediated attorney and accountant professional liability disputes, partnership disputes, life insurance, ERISA and disability disputes, employment disputes involving sexual harassment, real estate related disputes, and World Trade Center property-loss and business interruption recovery disputes. Mr. Bunim has mediated complex tort cases using structured settlements. Mr Bunim was a litigation and insurance partner at Bryan Cave; Robinson Silverman and Ohrenstein & Brown, in the past.
