Bina T. Dagar is a consummate arbitrator and mediator frequently arbitrating disputes for insurance and reinsurance companies and fees disputes between attorneys and clients. She also serves as a consultant and expert witness relating to insurance industry practice, warranties, and misrepresentations, and other reinsurance underwriting issues.
