Bina T. Dagar

Bina T. Dagar is a consummate arbitrator and mediator frequently arbitrating disputes for insurance and reinsurance companies and fees disputes between attorneys and clients. She also serves as a consultant and expert witness relating to insurance industry practice, warranties, and misrepresentations, and other reinsurance underwriting issues. With more than two decades working in the insurance industry at Everest Reinsurance Company (formerly Prudential Re), SCOR Reinsurance Company, and CIGNA International (now ACE), Ms. Dagar has developed extensive experience with commercial coverage disputes including property and catastrophe reinsurance, general liability, political risk, products recall, workplace violence, professional liability, and misrepresentation or omission. She also focuses on reinsurance underwriting. Ms. Dagar utilizes her business acumen from over 25 years in the industry to facilitate resolution by helping parties see beyond obstacles and exploring options to reach construction solutions.
