Kathy Fragnoli, Esq.

A skilled attorney, mediator, and arbitrator, Kathy Fragnoli has more than three decades of employment and workplace experiences. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 1979, Fragnoli worked first as a public defender before working as senior attorney and manager for American Airlines for 12 years. She then became a full-time mediator and arbitrator creating The Resolution Group where she has provided ADR services for workplace and employment disputes. Fragnoli has conducted over 2000 mediations and was recently under contract with the Pentagon to mediate high profile cases for the Air Force. Having authored the book Creating Peace at Work: When Work Isn’t Working, Fragnoli is well known for her expertise in handling highly emotional matters particularly with employment cases.
