With a strong litigation and cross-border transaction background, John W. Garman is an accomplished attorney/neutral with experience in transactional matters, litigation, arbitration, mediation, and management. He has served as a judge in over 75 arbitration matters and mediates a wide-variety of cases including complex commercial transactions involving real estate, business development, and insurance and risk management. Licensed to practice law in California, the District of Columbia, and the United States Federal Court and admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales, Garman has decades of experience advising clients on a wide range of international business issues. His litigation experience includes having tried over 20 jury trials to verdict and represented the interest of clients in over 200 arbitration cases. John W.
