Dina Haddad

Dina Haddad has practiced family law in both Southern and Northern California, representing celebrities, high profile clients and others for many years, earning a reputation as the “grinder to settlement.” With the knowledge of the ins-and-outs of the family law playbook, she provides parties with the upper hand in getting through their divorce quickly and without hang-ups. Dina also has a background in cross-cultural negotiations. Dina’s mediation experience comes not only from time spent at the mediation table, but from a prestigious academic background. She has an LL.M. in Alternate Dispute Resolution from the premier Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution—ranked number one among dispute resolution program by U.S. News and World Report for the seventh consecutive year. She also received her J.D. with a focus in family law from University of California, Hastings College of the Law, a top tiered law school, and her undergraduate degree from University of California, Los Angeles. Dina also sits as a Judge Pro Tempore for the Personal Property Arbitration in Santa Clara County.
