Terri Lubaroff

As a private, full-time mediator, arbitrator, and facilitator, Ms. Lubaroff specializes in disputes in the legal, business, and entertainment communities. Terri’s unique background as a lawyer and film and television executive provides her with specialized tools to effectively work with complex, multi-issue legal disputes involving difficult personalities and a need for honest risk assessment. With her adaptability, tenacity, excellent communication skills, and warm diplomacy, Terri puts parties to ease and helps them find common ground for resolution. She received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and continued to receive training in ADR from various institutions including the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law and the American Institute of Mediation. Coupled with her excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of the law, understanding of complex issues and tireless follow-through, Ms. Lubaroff’s background in the legal, entertainment and business worlds has provided her with specialized tools in dealing with difficult clients, ego-driven personalities, and complex interpersonal and legal disputes.
