Pernice, Chas

Chas Pernice

Thirty three years of litigating civil cases have given me the experience and wisdom to know that the majority of litigants are happier, emotionally and financially, when they choose to avoid the stress, expense and uncertainty of trial by settling their disputes through an ADR process.

I’m a mediator because I am dedicated to helping parties stay in control of their litigation destinies, and out of courtrooms. I will strive to accomplish that in every case by providing a friendly and professional environment with the right combination of knowledge, empathy, creativity and perseverance.
