William A. Ratliff
As a mediator and arbitrator, William A. Ratliff focuses exclusively on alternative dispute resolution. Prior to becoming a full time mediator, Ratliff’s law practice focused principally in the area of commercial litigation and insurance defense. Gaining a wide variety of trial experience, he has represented individuals, financial institutions, automobile dealerships, manufacturers, construction companies, insurance companies, and other types of corporate clients, as both plaintiffs and defendants, in both state and federal court. Ratliff utilizes his vast litigation and trial experience in each mediation and arbitration. Ratliff was one of the first attorneys in the state of Alabama to be approved for appellate mediation appointments and serves on various arbitration panels and ADR committees.
