Michele T. Pfeiffer, CLA is a Senior Case Manager with the Agency for Dispute Resolution. With a high-energy and entrepreneurial spirit, Michele has over twenty years of paralegal and administrative experience in the legal field. Prior to her position with the Agency for Dispute Resolution, she worked as a freelance certified paralegal involved in a wide range of cases from highly complex federal felony criminal cases, employment/labor matters, to complex litigation cases, including construction defect cases. She also works with Thomas H. Wolfsen, Esq. and previously worked with Aiken, Aiken & Cohn, as well as numerous sole-practitioners and mid-sized firms most recently in the Orange County area.
Michele has a unique ability to originate and implement creative, useable ideas to streamline cases to effectively reach resolution. Understanding the stress of the legal process, Michele employs self-discipline with aggressive work habits while consistently exhibiting both professional ethics and quality work product.
Michele lives in Orange County with her family and recently was the President of the California Alliance of Paralegal Association (2011-2012) and is still actively involved with the organization. She is an avid traveler and volunteers at church, in addition to being involved in the legal community in various capacities.
