Doug Noll received his Juris Doctorate at the University of the Pacific and later earned a Masters Degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies at Fresno Pacific University. As a former commercial and business trial lawyer, Doug has a deep understanding of complex cases and has a broad range of expertise including business, construction, commercial, agricultural, employment, constitutional law, insurance law, and government contracts.
