With a unique background as a lawyer and film & television executive, Terri Lubaroff speaks the language of the entertainment industry. Coupled with her excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of the law, understanding of complex issues, and tireless follow-through, Lubaroff’s background in the legal, entertainment and business worlds has provided her with specialized tools in dealing with difficult clients, ego-driven personalities, complex interpersonal, and legal disputes.
She received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and continued to receive training in ADR from various institutions including the Straus Institute at Pepperdine University School of Law and the Southern California Mediation Association. In addition to her mediation practice, Lubaroff also is a skilled facilitator and business coach adept at preserving relationships solving business issues, and achieving increased company productivity and creativity for the long term.
