Jeffrey Benz, International Commercial Arbitrator, joins Beijing Arbitration Commission Panel of Arbitrators

Jeffrey G. Benz recently joined the Beijing Arbitration Commission Panel for Arbitrators. The Beijing Arbitration Commission (“BAC”) is a PRC-based not-for-profit permanent organization devoted to providing a forum for impartial and efficient alternative dispute resolution including arbitration and mediation to domestic and foreign parties. Focusing on both commercial and international contractual and property-related disputes, the Beijing Arbitration Commission has grown into the foremost arbitration commission in China.
BAC arbitrations emphasize three qualities: impartiality, expertise, and finality. Trained and experienced in a wide variety of dispute resolution methods, Jeff Benz brings a wide breadth of skills and expertise with his diverse background in commercial contracts law, intellectual property law, sports law, entertainment law, corporate law, technology law, insurance law, business torts, and admiralty and maritime law. Now, in addition to being a member of the panel of arbitrators of the Beijing Arbitration Commission, Jeff is also a member of the panels of arbitrators of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre, Republic of China Arbitration Association, American Arbitration Association, London Court of International Arbitration, ICC, and Court of Arbitration for Sport.
