Jeffrey Benz will be teaching London course on Sports Law & Olympics at Pepperdine University

Beverly Hills, California - April 23rd, 2012.

Jeffrey G. Benz brings his background as a former U.S. Olympic Committee General Counsel and Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) arbitrator, to help teach a course on the Olympic/Sports Dispute Resolution.  Alongside Professors Maureen Weston and Roger Cossack, Benz is co-teaching the course titled “Olympic and International Sports Law Dispute Resolution and Management” at Pepperdine’s London Campus during the month of July 2012.  The course includes topics ranging from the NCAA, Olympic and European sports, arbitration/mediation, anti-doping, and eligibility issues to issues involving media coverage of disputes in sports.  The course will be one of a kind and will combine daily lectures with visits to and from the leading sports organizations and players in the Olympic movement on the eve of the Olympic Games in London.
