Lynne S. Bassis, Esq. has joined the Agency for Dispute Resolution to lead the labor and employment mediation group. As principal of Bassis Mediation Group, a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a mediator certified by the International Mediation Institute and a National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals panelist, Bassis mediates at the Intersection of Law and Human Emotion. Bassis earned her Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in Boston, Massachusetts, after receiving an A.B. in criminology from the University of California, Berkeley.

Full-Time Entertainment Arbitrator and Experienced Mediator, Jack Freedman, has joined our panel.

Working in the entertainment industry for forty years, Jack Freedman is an experienced attorney, business affairs studio executive, producer of theatrical and television motion pictures, and film acquisition and independent film sales expert. Freedman was Chief Operating Officer of MVi Studios after working for nearly two decades as an executive at Warner Bros., Inc. In addition to serving as general counsel for various companies in the entertainment industry, Freedman has also founded and operated various start-up companies. Freedman earned his law degree from UCLA after obtaining a Bachelors of Arts in psychology from the University of Buffalo.
