International Commercial Arbitrator, Jeffrey Benz, Speaks at University of San Diego School of Law

International Commercial Arbitrator, Jeffrey G. Benz recently served as a judge in the Fifth Annual Michael T. Thorsnes International Commercial Arbitration Competition hosted by The University of San Diego School of Law this past weekend, February 18-19; The Competition was set up as a simulated arbitration between two businesses, giving students an opportunity to extract issues as well as frame, organize, and develop arguments. With a diverse background working in London, Shanghai, Honolulu, New York, and Los Angeles, Jeffrey Benz served as a mock-arbitrator bringing his extensive international experience to the table.
