With a Masters in Philosophy in Modern European History, Anne Russell remains actively engaged in the arts community as a former opera singer and now as an opera educator for the Los Angeles Opera. With her extensive expertise in closing numerous real estate transactions, Anne Russell also serves as an arbitrator for the Commission and Ethics Disputes for the Beverly Hills real estate community. With a high passion for successfully settling cases, Anne Russell is very active in the mediation community for real estate disputes as well as cases involving personal injury, medical malpractice, collections, and domestic disputes.

Full-time mediator and arbitrator, Scott Van Soye, has joined our panel.

Serving as a full-time mediator and arbitrator, Scott Van Soye is principal of Pacific Coast Dispute Resolution. He received a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles and has a Master of Law in Dispute Resolution from the Pepperdine University Straus Institute. In his service as Judicial Staff Counsel for nearly a decade, he drafted thousands of memos for civil matter learning the nuances of how a judge thinks. As a mediator, litigator, and staff attorney, Scott Van Soye has dealt with a multitude of civil matters ranging from real property disputes, education cases, civil rights, employment, and disability matters.
