Cross-cultural mediator and international arbitrator, Steven Wawra, joins our panel.

Steven Wawra focuses exclusively on conducting mediations, settlement conferences, and arbitrations after a thirty year career in law and real estate business. Wawra received his Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Los Angeles and additional training in dispute resolution from the Pepperdine University Straus Institute. His previous experience as a commercial and industrial broker and as an attorney working in real estate acquisition and leasing make Wawra particularly adept at disputes involving real estate brokerage issues. As a result of extensive experience in working with Japanese entities in international transactions and a life-long European background, Wawra conducts mediation with particular sensitivity to cultural issues.

Former Fulbright & Jaworski Partner, Gregory Wood, has joined our Intellectual Property Dispute Resolution Group.

Greg Wood joins the Agency from Fulbright & Jaworski LLP where he focused on dispute resolution counseling and strategies relating to intellectual property. He received a Master of Science in Control Systems Engineering from the University of California at Los Angeles and his law degree from the University of La Verne College of Law. With over 30 years experience in the practice of law relating to intellectual property, Greg now utilizes his unique and expert skill set as an arbitrator and mediator.
