Elder / Adult Abuse
Unfortunately when people age, they become further vulnerable to abuse, neglect, isolation, exploitation or abandonment. Many people discount the feelings and rights of the elderly because they associate aging with physiological, psychological and social disability.
We provide dispute resolution services to dependent adults (persons who are between 18 and 65 years old, who have physical or mental limitations that restrict their ability to carry out normal activities or to protect their rights) and elders (individuals over the age of 65) who have been victims of unwarranted and unfair abuse.
Our neutrals are dedicated to the prevention and resolution of elder and dependent adult abuse disputes against care facilities, caregivers and other custodial providers who have acted wrongfully.
